Eric St. John

Eric St. John is an American actor and producer based in Los Angeles, with over 20 years of experience in film and television. A graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, he has built a career combining dramatic performances with an extensive background in martial arts and screen combat.

His leading performance as John Ripley in Ride the Thunder received first-round consideration for the Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role.

Known for his intensity, emotional depth, and authentic physicality on screen, St. John is an accomplished martial artist and a Junior Olympics gold medalist in the Taekwondo Black Belt Division. His training includes Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Jeet Kune Do, Kali, boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, along with Japanese and Filipino weapons disciplines.
