Lara is only able to escape from the harshness of the mental hospital by submerging herself in a dream world inspired by her goldfish bowl. This world is filled with the magic of the sea, beautiful, ethereal sounds and her love of dolphins. In the clinic, her imagination is largely suppressed, especially by an envious senior nurse.
