Through Joe's expertise, their clients are able to transfer money out of the country without being detected by Bank Negara. Joe's expertise and Amy's efficiency begin to attract the attention of Wong, the leader of a major organized crime syndicate in KL that has networks of criminal activities such as prostitution, drugs, loan sharking and gambling.
